How do I describe Alaska? When we flew into Anchorage the first thing I noticed was the beautiful mountains and green – like really green landscape. And of course how bright it still was outside at 9:30pm! I knew we had to VLOG the entire experience so I hope you enjoy this #StevieandSazan adventure through Alaska! We started our trek in Girdwood and ended it in Denali. We saw so much wildlife. Stevie did such an amazing job planning this trip that I decided I would share a little itinerary on my blog in case any of you are planning a trip to Alaska. Here's the itinerary link from my blog post: http://sazan.me/blog/2016/08/26/alaska-guide/ Have any of you been to Alaska? Comment below and share your experience with me. :) We definitely want to go back because we only scratched the surf...

Dressing correctly is important when visiting Alaska in the winter time. You want to be comfortable and warm at the same time. It's important to keep your head, hands and feet protected as these are the places where body heat is lost first.
Harvesting salmon-skin for clothing Tanning farmed salmon skin for clothing in Sweden. At the Anchorage, Alaska, USA museum there are some examples of water-containers and storage vessels made form salmon skin. A guy in Homer, Alaska, USA used to sell salmon skin wallets. Most people think of the skin as soft and easily torn, but that is only because they are relating their experience from cooked fish.
